“Really good experience. I found Andres and his team on the Vaillant website. I sourced several quotes and in the end I went with MST Plumbing and Heating because they were one of the most competitive quotes I received, and Andres himself went to the property to look and give me a quote. Other plumbers gave me remote quotes without even bothering to visit the property or were unreasonably (in my opinion) expensive.The job I contracted Andres to do was to replace an old boiler, plus install a towel radiator and a wireless heating control as well as a power flush. He did everything within a day. This was without meeting me (I am renovating a property but I don’t live there so he had only met my builders). I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work so much so I recommended him and his team to my parents who also were having boiler issues 3-4 weeks later (again at this point I still had not met Andres)I would thoroughly recommend Andres and his team for any gas/plumbing work. If you want someone who is personable, reliable and good at what they do then MST is a great shout.I finally did have the pleasure of meeting Andres and his team when I was ready to have my wireless heating control installed and all the above stands true. “Brilliant team. Quick to find and fix our boiler problem. In the end there was more work needed than they expected (reorganising the pipes, including rectifying long-running problems) but they stuck to the agreed fee. Very impressive and highly recommended”

“I wholeheartedly recommend MST! After 3 weeks waiting list but getting let down at the very last minute by another plumber firm; I contacted Andres at MST which was the best decision ever! They were able to investigate the leak on the same day and carry out the repair swiftly. They are a friendly and professional team and able to do the tiling (not many plumbers I contacted were able to re-tile the bathroom). They were skilful and careful with the tiles, and able to save and reuse them so no extra cost for materials which was a huge saving! I will definitely use them again!”

“The MST team, led by Andres, came over this morning to check a boiler issue. After identifying a dangerous co2 leak they managed to fit a new boiler today to ensure that I wasn’t left without heating and hot water overnight. I couldn’t fault them - they worked tirelessly until very late, expertly fitted the boiler, bled and checked the radiators were hot and cleaned the kitchen before leaving. They’re really lovely guys and I’ll definitely be calling them for my annual boiler check up!”
