How soon can you come out for a boiler repair?
It depends on the day and how busy we are. Call us on 07584 302002 and we will tell you honestly when an engineer can get to you.
Do you repair all boiler makes?
We work on the common boiler makes found in London homes, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Viessmann, Baxi and Ideal. If a part is hard to get, we will tell you before starting.
Should I repair or replace my boiler?
If the boiler is relatively new and the fault is simple, a repair usually makes sense. If it is old, breaking down often or needs an expensive part, a new boiler can be better value. We give you an honest view of both.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Call the National Gas Emergency number, 0800 111 999, straight away. Turn off the gas at the meter if it is safe, open windows and do not use light switches or flames.
