New gas cooker or hob? We connect it safely, test it and make sure it works before we leave.
Connecting a gas cooker or hob is Gas Safe work by law. It needs the right connection, a tightness test and checks that the appliance burns correctly. Our Gas Safe registered engineers do it properly so you can cook with confidence.
We can connect a like-for-like replacement, fit a new hob as part of a kitchen refit, or alter the gas supply if your new appliance is in a different position.

Gas Cooker & Hob Installation: common questions
Can I connect a gas hob myself?
No. In the UK any work on gas appliances must be done by a Gas Safe registered engineer. It is a legal requirement and protects you from gas leaks and carbon monoxide.
Can you move the gas supply for a new kitchen?
Yes. We can extend or reroute the gas pipe to suit a new kitchen layout, ideally before the new units go in.
Do you fit electric cookers too?
We connect gas appliances. Electric cookers on a new circuit should be connected by a registered electrician.
